So I try not to panic so much about it (which causes more tossing and turning) and focus on relaxation. I read, listen to the radio....etc... But I also know that I have to watch my coffee later in the day, I try and do a routine to relax at night (bubble baths, music, read...) and that sometimes helps. I also workout (the best idea of them all) so make sure you are getting that. And eat right. Focus more on what you can do without drugs. My sister suggested Insomnia Control from ForcesOfNature cos her friend used it with success. anyone else used it? I have insomnia.
