I hear so much bad health and nutrition advice from young (and some not so young) self-proclaimed “health experts.” Anyone can make it through their 40s eating and living poorly to a certain extent. As I’m fond of saying, results are all that matter. When people ask me about conflicting natural health advice from this guru or that, especially within the raw food communities, I tell them to listen to the folks who have made it past their 50s and are obviously healthy. Folks like Brian and Anna Maria Clement, Gabriel Cousens, the astounding octogenarian Bob Delmonteque, Peter Ragnar, Jack Lalanne, Jay Cordich, Dr. Medicine Wolf, and others, or if you’re so lucky, some of the amazing yogis and chi-gong masters of Asia. Here is a recent addition to that list, 109-year-old Bernando LaPallo, obviously in amazing health for his age, or even someone 50 years younger.
One of the lessons I’ve learned in this life is, when you gain power, you empower others. Hoarding power in any form (including wealth, strength, information, knowledge, energy, etc.) is always self destructive in the end. So I believe strongly in empowering myself and others. Those who are most revered in human history understood this and were about empowering others.
So it is my philosophy to teach others how to fish, rather than sell them fish. To that end, after testing organic food and discovering it is sadly lacking in nutrients, and knowing what can be done about it, I have been on a mission to teach others how to make their own nutrient-dense high ORMUS probiotic antioxidant superfoods, rather than to simply make and sell them. What the heck does that mean? ORMUS is an acronym for Orbitally Rearranged Monatomic (or Microclustered) Elements. In a nutshell, they are a small group of platinum group elements or minerals on the periodic chart which can occur as collections of individual atoms in white ceramic powder form rather than as a normal metal composed of atoms bound to each other. They have amazing healing and regenerative properties, and many applications in technologies such as free energy generation, antigravity propulsion, and more. They are at the root of ANYTHING that heals and regenerates living organisms, be it food, water, energy, body or mind work, etc. They are where the mind-body-food connection actually occurs.
Probiotics are beneficial bacteria which can be ingested to aid digestion and crowd out pathogenic parasites and microbes in the body, which are a major detractor to immune system strength and health. Antioxidants are negatively charged particles in whole living organic food, water, and other substances we ingest which neutralize positively charged free radicals that cause damage at a cellular level. Nutrient-dense living food and water are high in all of these traits, which is why they are so rejuvenative. The problem is, nutrient-dense organic food is a scarce commodity on this planet, not normally found even in health food stores today. So in order to have it, we must grow or ferment what we can ourselves, educate local growers about the concepts of and resources for nutrient dense farming, and supplement our diets with these types of “superfoods.” How? Follow this blog, get on my email list, and listen to this talk I gave in Houston about this very important topic. I will be speaking about this for years to come.

Probiotic Antioxidant Superfoods, 2 hours, 13 mins
Here’s a great video of Hippocrates Health Institute co-founder, Viktoras Kulvinskas, recalling the history of Hippocrates Institute, and giving bits of advice along the way. I had a week of enzyme nutrition with Viktor at Hippocrates Institute’s educator program. He is an absolute genius, awed the entire class.

Got tired of the raw cracker recipes I’ve been using of late, so I created a new one. This tastes a bit like a western omelet (as I remember them), hence the name. As always, use raw organic ingredients whenever possible. I use an Excalibur ED2900 9-Tray Dehydrator to make these. Enjoy!

Western Omelet Crackers
(Makes 8 or 9 15”x15” dehydrator trays)
1-1/2 cups golden flax
2 cups buckwheat groats, soaked about 8 hours and drained
2 cups truly raw organic almonds, soaked about 8 hours and drained
9 cups water
4 to 6 Anaheim chilies (mild green), seeds removed and finely chopped
1 med yellow onion, finely chopped
4 red bell peppers, finely chopped
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp Celtic or other unrefined salt
This tastes a bit like a Western Omelets, hence the name. Powder dry flax in a blender until a fine flour. Mix well with 6 cups of water in a large bowl or pot and let sit to thicken. Blend buckwheat groats with 1 cup of water in a food processor until creamy, and pour in a large bowl or pot. Blend almonds with 1 cup of water in a food processor until creamy and add to buckwheat. Beware, most almonds from California now are irradiated, so get truly raw organic almonds. Cut chilies in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and chop finely. Peel onion and chop finely. Remove seeds and stems from red bells and chop finely. You can put all items to be diced/chopped into a food processor and pulse chop. Mix all ingredients including flax and veggies into buckwheat and almond mixture. Add 1 cup of water or so to make a thick batter.
Spread on dehydrator Teflon sheets (Paraflex, aka Teflex) with a spatula to about 3/16-inch thick. Dehydrate at 145 degrees F for about two hours until firm, then flip the crackers onto a regular screen and peel away Paraflex to expose wet side. Dehydrate at 105-110 F on regular dehydrator screen for about another 13 hours until crisp. Break up into smaller pieces to serve.
